AI is changing business quickly, and I use these tools myself. But there is a difference between using AI as a tool and building a business that can no longer function without it.
We are being encouraged to automate, replace roles and hand more of our skills and business processes over to AI.
But what happens if the technology changes, becomes significantly more expensive, fails, or simply doesn’t deliver what we were promised?
By then, could we have lost the people, skills and knowledge we need to run our businesses without it?
That is the warning I explore in this video, and why I believe Christian business owners need to think carefully about the decisions we are making now, not once the consequences arrive.
This isn’t about fearing AI or refusing to adapt. It’s about being wise about how we adapt.
Before following what everyone else is doing, sit with God and ask:
Lord, how do You want me to prepare my business for what is coming?
Sometimes His direction may look very different from what the rest of the world is telling us.
